ABOUT ME

MY STORY

I’m a graphic designer and illustrator based in Kansas City, Missouri. I graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Advertising and Promotion.

During my time at university, I previously worked at The College of Business and The Plaster Student Union where I created social media graphics and content, flyers, brochures, and promotional merchandise such as pins, stickers, and keychains. I was also a part of the Publicity Committee in an organization called Student Activities Council. This organization planned and hosted events on campus for the student body. Movie nights, themed bingo, and trivia nights are just to name a few. I helped promote these events through social media and other nontraditional publicity like chalking. Each experience allowed me to explore my design and advertising skills and connected me with people from different backgrounds and industries.

My favorite project has been rebranding Hippy Dippy Farms, a farm company located in Oak Grove, Missouri. They focus on producing healthy, fresh ingredients and flowers for the local community. I am incredibly passionate about projects that relate to having quality food on the table. I have donated over 80 hours at a food bank called Ozarks Food Harvest. I plan to continue my role as a volunteer as the years go on as I think it’s important to give back to the community.

When I’m not sitting at the computer, you can find me shopping at thrift stores, reading a book, searching for new music, or crocheting for a project.

It’s me, hi !
